Did you know Pinot Gris’ skin colour is actually pink? (Hold your glass against a white background and you will see). Also Pinot Gris can really vary in style. Peter’s is inspired by the great whites of Alsace in France where the Gris is full-bodied and spicy with excellent acidity and honeyed fruit.
